About the Program
Wildwood Middle High School is located in Wildwood, Fl just outside of the Villages in Sumter County. Wildwood Middle High School caters to grades 6-12 with approximately 850 students. Our colors are Blue, silver, and white.
The Wildcat Marching band is growing both in numbers and musically. The recently received a superior at the Florida Bandmasters Association District 19 Marching Festival. The community and school is excited for the growth of this program in the future. You can see the Wildcat Marching band perform at every home football game!
Meet the Director
Miss Ashley Bunting is a recent graduate of the Florida State University with a Bachelors in Music Education with a major in Instrumental Music Education. She recently completed her internship at Union County High School and Lake Butler Middle School in Lake Butler, Fl. and is very excited to take on the role of Director of Music at Wildwood Middle High School. Miss Bunting is a member of the Florida Bandmaster Association, Florida Music Educators Association, National Association for Music Education, and an alumnae of Sigma Alpha Iota.
